Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations across India. If your area is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment has already been made.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@dropsr.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been shipped.

Delayed Deliveries

Dropsr is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages
